How do I order a personalized guest book?

To order a personalized guest book simply click here or on our link to the left and you will find an uncomplicated form where you can choose your various guest book preferences (i.e. cover color, binding color, size, etc). Once you’re satisfied with your choices, you can finalize your order with payment through PayPal.

How long does it take to receive my personalized guest book?

All personalized guest books will ship 15 business days after your order is finalized. All orders are shipped from Texas and will, therefore, arrive in different places of the world at different times. PersonalizeYourWedding is not responsible for shipping delays on any product order caused by conditions that are out of its control or for any damages to the package incurred during
shipping.

How long does it take to receive my customized guest book?

All customized guest books will ship 10 business after your order is finalized. This can be anywhere from a few days to a few weeks after your initial consultation. Completion of a customized guest book depends on your promptness in delivering customized materials and approval of a final design.

A customized guest book order is considered finalized once all extra materials have been received by PersonalizeYourWedding, you have approved the final design, and payment has been received. All orders are shipped from Texas and will, therefore, arrive in different places of the world at different times. How do I send my photos to you for a personalized guest book?

As you place your order for a personalized guest book here, you will be asked to upload any digital photos you would like PersonalizeYourWedding to use. Simply browse through your computer, find the files (in either jpg or gif format), and then click “upload.” Or you can put all the digital photo files into a folder, zip it up, and then upload the entire zipped folder. If you have difficulty with this step, please use the contact form to send a message to PersonalizeYourWedding.

What format should my photograph be in?

Before taking your pictures, make sure your digital camera is on the highest setting possible. Too often, we receive photos that are too small and there is nothing that can be done to make a small photo larger without distorting the quality. We prefer your photograph as a .jpeg file at 300dpi with no compression. If you have an actual photo that you are scanning in, we recommend scanning it at 600dpi, to be on the safe side. Once we receive your photo, we will let you know if there are any problems with the resolution.

Can I use photos that were taken professionally?

All photos that were taken professionally require a release from the photographer. Please have your photographer email the release to PersonalizeYourWedding.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes. It depends on what stage you are in when you cancel. If we have not started on your book, then there is no charge. If we have purchased materials and begun the process, there is a $25 cancellation fee. If we have completed the book and are prepared to ship, you will be responsible for the total order cost.

If I am unhappy with my order, can I get a refund?

Since our products are completely handmade, we do not offer a refund unless there is a problem with the order due to our error.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Our online shopping cart accepts PayPal and checks or money orders.

Do you accept orders from outside the U.S.?

Of course! If you are willing to pay the shipping costs from Texas (USA), you may have a book shipped anywhere in the world.
